Automation

  1. Search for 'Go to global automation' in Jira settings and select it:

  2. Count the number of automations

Board

  1. Search for 'View all boards' in Jira settings and select it:

  2. Count the number of boards

Filter

  1. Search for 'Go to filters' in Jira settings and select it:

  2. Count the number of shared filters (filters whose 'Shared with' value is not 'Private filter')

Project

  1. Search for 'View all projects' in Jira settings and select it:

  2. Count the number of projects

Screen

  1. Search for 'Go to screens' in Jira settings and select it:

  2. Count the number of screens

Workflow

  1. Search for 'Go to workflows' in Jira settings and select it:

  2. Count the number of both active and inactive workflows

Schemes

Sum up the counts of Field Configuration, Issue Type, Issue Type Screen, Notification, Permission, Screen, Security, and Workflow Schemes as follows:
