To calculate the usage-based pricing for Salto, Salto needs to count the number of configuration elements in your Zendesk instance.

If you want to calculate the number of records before signing up to Salto, ask someone from your Zendesk team to log in to your Zendesk Admin Center and follow these instructions:
Count Discrepancies
It's important to note that Salto excludes some elements by default, so the number of records calculated by Salto may be lower than your count.
Automation
Navigate to 'Automations' by going through the left pane: Objects and rules > Business rules > Automations.
Count the number of automations both in the Active and Inactive tabs:
Brand
Navigate to 'Brands' by going through the left pane: Account > Brand management
> Brands.
Count the number of brands:
Macro
Navigate to 'Macros' by going through the left pane: Workspaces > Agent tools > Macros.
The label at the top displays the precise count of active macros:
Switch to the Inactive tab to get the precise count of inactive macros:
Sum both the active and inactive macros
Ticket Form
Navigate to 'Ticket forms' by going through the left pane: Objects and rules > Tickets > Forms.
Count the number of ticket forms both in the Active and Inactive tabs:
Trigger
Navigate to 'Triggers' by going through the left pane: Objects and rules > Business rules > Triggers.
The label at the top displays the precise count of active triggers:
Change the Status to Inactive to get the precise count of inactive triggers:
Sum both the active and inactive triggers
