Existing environment Git connections can viewed and modified via the ‘Version Control’ section of the environment settings. This screen allows you to:

  • View the connected Git branch in the Git provider or disconnect Git from the environment by clicking on the top right 3 dots menu next to the branch name

  • Enable / disable deployment protection via Salto PRs.

Deployment pull requests are created / updated upon deployment preview calculation. Therefore, when enabling pull requests, any outstanding draft deployments to this environment will have a pull request attached only after a change is made to the deployment by editing / reselecting elements to deploy

  • Modify the push mode

When switching from manual to automatic mode you will be prompted to provide shared Git credentials
