How to contact our Support team to get help.

In addition to our existing Support widget - the link is always available in the bottom left hand corner of the app, we've recently added some buttons within the app that make it even easier to get help.

When you are working on a deployment, you'll now see a "Need Help" button. Clicking this link will trigger a new conversation with our support team that bypasses the self-serve Q&A and sends the details of your deployment - including the deployment ID - straight to our team.

If you have a problem or a question about a specific element that Salto has flagged with a change validator or error, you can click into that element, then "How to Resolve" then "Get Help from Support" and just like the deployment help link, it will send us a message with the deployment ID and the element name and warning.

In both cases, there is an option to add more details and any context you can offer might be helpful, but even if you just close the pop-up, we'll still get the message and our team will reach out to assist.
